Staff very helpful and friendly. Bathroom shower clogged all the time and shower headsprayed by the seams making hard to shower. Staff came to unclog the shower but didn't help.

Great location. Within walking distance to the old town. Perfect location for pickup and drop off. Breakfast was really good too. Only downside was that we were facing the streetside and rooms were not soundproof to street noise. However I would recommend this hotel and stay again! Thank you for making our time there comfortable.

Casa Gallo Sibiu is an extraordinary place to stay! Location-wise, the hotel is literally like three blocks from the Bridge of Lies, and the center square with many souvenir kiosks and many fantastic restaurants. The hotel itself was quaint, spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend Casa Gallo Sibiu to anyone planning to spend the night or more in Sibiu.
