Room was immaculate and quiet and I had a great night’s sleep, nothing to make drinks with though. Parking is up the road a bit car park seemed a bit iffy but noticed there was security when we were exiting so probably safe enough, would stay again if in the area

The hotel was generally clean and mostly well kept. Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble.
The pool was freezing cold, we couldn't get in it, even in July/August heat.

Hotel Carlton is an absolute must when visiting Lille. We received such a warm welcome from Frank, whose knowledge of the city and recommendations for local spots made our stay even better.
The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history. We loved learning about the famous guests who have stayed over the years, including Paul McCartney. Its bar is also one of the best places in town for a cocktail. We were kindly given a complimentary drink card, and the whiskey sour was excellent.
Hotel Carlton feels like a Lille institution. We’d happily stay again.
