Duplex apartment located on the first floor of a manga and board game store, in the heart of Valenciennes.  
  
On the first floor, a living room with a sofa, 40" TV, and reversible air conditioning.  
A fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, and 4-burner ceramic hob.  
Separate toilet. No washing machine (but a laundromat is nearby).  
  
On the second floor:  
One bedroom with a 180x200cm bed.  
One bedroom with a 160x200cm bed.  
A bathroom with a corner shower (70x70cm) and a sink.  
  
A 6m² balcony accessible from the kitchen.  
  
Crib, high chair, safety gate, and baby bath are available upon request.  
  
ALL-INCLUSIVE accommodation (energy charges, sheets, towels, and final cleaning).  
One small dog welcome at an additional cost.  
  
Paid street parking from 9:00 \[hidden\] to 12:00 \[hidden\] and from 2:00 \[hidden\] to 6:00 \[hidden\] (one hour free per day).
