Magnificent apartment with an exclusive design located in the heart of Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences neighbourhood, just a few minutes from the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants and green spaces. This spacious 100 m² accommodation combines Nordic style with an elegant Mediterranean touch, offering a bright, sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. It has two modern bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a work area and a Smart TV with Netflix. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating, radiators, a washer-dryer, bed linen and towels, a hairdryer and an iron. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an Italian coffee maker and Nespresso machine, complete kitchenware and quality cooking utensils. The flat is located in a mixed-use residential building with communal swimming pool, children's playground and parking space. The swimming pool will be open from 8:00 - 15:00 and from 17:00 - 22.00. Seasonal swimming pool. It is very important that you respect the hours of bathing and silence. The rules of the pool will be in the flat and in the guide of the house, it will be mandatory to comply with these rules. The pool is communal, so it has neighbours, you can not do any disturbing activity or noise. We will be happy to assist you at any time during your stay. Both Maria and Alvaro will be available to answer any questions you may have. We have taken care of every detail in the renovation to guarantee maximum comfort and an unforgettable stay.
