- Three bedroom apartment, large kitchen, living room (32 square meters, decorated with Natuzzi furniture), bathroom (with Jacuzzi bathtub and massage shower), a toilet. The bathroom and toilet are common to all rooms. Parquet floors. Air conditioning hot / cold in living room and master bedroom. Heating in all units.
Two double rooms, spacious and bright with double beds. One with two single beds. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Located in a pedestrian street. Near the City of Arts and Sciences (1.7 km), the Historic Center of the City (1.6 km), drinks area and restaurants (Ruzafa neighborhood 1 km - for which you want to go out at night), as well as enjoy the gardens of the Turia River with more than 10 km running through the city.
