It is designed in a modern and minimalist style with large windows on the entrance side, providing a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features a comfortable sitting area, including a single sofa bed and a smart TV. The open-concept kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, as well as appliances such as an oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker. Separated by wooden slats, the bedroom area includes a comfortable double bed with bed linen, multiple storage spaces, and a bathroom — equipped with all essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The property is always professionally cleaned for your convenience. Enjoy your stay. Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Valencia Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
