Air conditioning wasn't working the first two nights. Couldn't change rooms as whole floor was out and it was fully booked at the time. Once it was fixed it was fine. Rooms are basic but beds are comfortable, no wardrobe as such (just a few fixings to hang up clothes but only a handful of hangers), and a couple of shelves.

Great location (everything within walkable distance, supermarket right next door and 10 mins from subway) Friendly staff Clean room Nice shower Good AC Comfy bed The coffee machine and vending machines in the foyer are a nice touch We weren’t bothered about cleaning not being included, just cleaned the room ourselves and got fresh towels from reception. Minimal storage but not an issue for us as we just had a small suitcase each. Basically feels like a nice, private student accom room. Would reccomend :)

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’m not very picky. First, according to Expedia, it’s a 3-star hotel, but it’s actually a 2-star hotel. There’s no cleaning service, no fridge, and no storage space. Basically, you just get a bed and a bathroom. The bed and the bedding were very uncomfortable, and the AC wasn’t working. One night, we ordered a pizza, and the receptionist told the delivery guy that he couldn’t leave it there, so we ended up losing our order. Definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel
