  • In the heart of LĀ“horta Nord of Valencia, surrounded by orange groves, just 15 minutes away from Valencia City. We are offering you Ca Emma. House which is over 140 years old and has recently been restored and opened in May 2017 with all its reconstructed interiors. Ideally located so you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity, without renouncing everything that makes life easier, supermarkets, shopping centers and public transport, underground and commuter trains for those who do not wish to take the car to the city centre.

    A 5-minute drive from the nearest beach of fine sand, ideal starting point to enjoy intensively Valencia and its charms its culture: the city of Arts and Sciences, the OceanogrƔfico, the BioParc one of the best in Europe, its monuments, its museums, its theatres, its Palace of music, The opera. Not to mention the port of Valencia, the trade fair and last but not least, The Formula 1 racing track in Cheste, and different opportunities offered of being near Valencia but with the comfort of being right in the countryside.

    An ideal place where to relax from the stress of daily routine, allowing you to enjoy the countryside, the city and the beach. With bike lanes that take you to the city or to the mountain. We suggest you to discover paths through the garden of Valencia. Discover the unique richness of the Valencian orchards. You will be staying in one of the oldest and most unknown garden unique in Europe named the Huerta of Valencia. Enjoy riding on horse-drawn carts, being in contact with nature and its changes ranging from bloom of Orange Blossom (month of April) to the maturation of the fruit (February-April) of the following year.

    CA Emma is designed to provide relaxation, quietness and comfort. The property is perfectly equipped with furniture, kitchenware and linen necessary to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. On the ground floor you will not find any steps, neither outside in the garden or access to the exterior of the house. There is a bathroom adapted for the disabled.

    The House has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a private terrace, 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. Large dining room with an open plan kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances. The maximum capacity of this rural accommodation is up to 6 people The House has central heating and air conditioning throughout the house, wifi, Free view British channels NETFILIX and Amazon Prime. It has private parking inside the property. The municipal Olympic swimming pool of Albuixech is a 5 minute walk where both young ones as adults can enjoy swimming in summer. We offer our guests free passes to go as much as they want to. It opens from June 21st till the 5th of September.

    It enjoys a wonderful pergola and a garden with lawn. Pets welcome at a cost of 5ā‚¬ per day.

Quiet in the Country but Close to Valencia

Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.

Perfect Home and Location Just Outside Valencia - Very Near Metro

We originally had booked a VRBO right in the Ciutat Vella (Old Town) of Valencia, but we decided to look outside of Valencia, near a Metro train stop that would easily take us into the city.Thank goodness we stumbled upon Ca Emma. It is a wonderful, 2 story renovated home from the early 1900ā€™s, but you would never know it. It is very modern in all respects. It is in the country surrounded by farm fields and orange groves, but only about a mile from the Albalat Metro station with easy access directly into the city.Nathalie and Luis are wonderful hosts who live quite nearby but not in the home itself. You have complete privacy. We dealt primarily with Luis who is from the U.K. but who speaks both English and Spanish fluently ā€“ a real positive for us mono-lingual Americans!The home has parking inside a closed gate and is very comfortably heated and air conditioned, although we did not require much of either during our stay in mid March. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed. There are three bedrooms and three baths so the home could accommodate three couples quite comfortably, and two couples VERY comfortably. As far as the area goes, we spent a week near Barcelona before coming to Ca Emma. While Barcelona certainly has many significant tourist attractions and is worth a visit, we now much prefer the Valencia area having spent almost a week in each.You will most certainly not regret booking a stay at Ca Emma nor spending time in the Valencia area.

Happy stay amongst the orange groves

Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ā€˜cafe societyā€™ feel. We love it and hope to go back.

Nice quiet spot near Valencia

The house is set on a small, quiet road although there are lots of other busier roads in the area. It was very pleasant staying there and our bedroom was OK as was our bathroom. The interior was very spacious for just the two of us with a good kitchen area and a comfortable sitting room all open plan although we struggled to get much in English on the TV. The garden gave us plenty of privacy and we enjoyed sitting out there. The resident cat was delightful and always came for her breakfast at the right time each day. A nice place for a holiday with some good restaurants in the area offering excellent and well priced lunchtime menus.

Perfektes Feriendomizil

Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und haben uns viele Empfehlungen gegeben, wo es etwas Sehenswertes gibt. Das Haus war perfekt sauber und sehr, sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Selbst der Hof und der Garten sind perfekt gepflegt. Die Villa liegt in einer wunderschƶnen Orangenplantage, wo ich jeden Tag mit meinem Hund (Franzƶsiche Bullfogge) spazieren war. Auch fĆ¼r Fahrradtouren ist diese Villa der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Abends haben wir dann zusammen, am Hauseigenen Grill, noch ein paar schƶne Stunden genossen um dann am morgen auf dieser schƶnen Terrasse einen Kaffee getrunken. FĆ¼r uns war es der absolute Top Urlaub und wir werden auf alle FƤlle wiederkommen. Bin total begeistert. Viele liebe GrĆ¼ĆŸe an Luis und seine Frau (Gastgeber) Andreas

Fantastische accomodatie in een rustige omgeving

Een heerlijke ruime villa op het platteland tussen de sinasappelbomen in een rustige omgeving. De Villa heeft een heerlijke tuin/terras en binnen is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar, die elders woont, was altijd bereikbaar en reageerde snel. Een auto is wel nodig voor boodschappen/restaurantjes/strand. Er is een bakkertje en kleine supermarkt in Albalat (dorpje dichtbij) en grotere supermarkten zijn ook in de buurt. In Albalat kun je parkeren bij het Metrostation om de metro naar Valencia nemen. Wij zijn een aantal keren naar Valencia geweest: naar het centrum is circa 20 min. Valencia is prachtig en heeft vele leuke restaurantjes. Maar ook in de buurt zijn een paar prima eetgelegenheden, aanbevolen door eigenaar Luis. Onze favouriet was Sensenom, echt verrassend lekker, goedkoop en een ster waardig. Le calme de la campagne proche de tout

La maison est gĆ©niale, au calme, entourĆ©e de champs, aucun voisin et en mĆŖme temps proche de tout. La plage est Ć  5 minutes, Valence est Ć  20 minutes et les parcours de rando sont proches. On a regrettĆ© de ne pas avoir pris nos vĆ©los cette annĆ©e. J'aime la qualitĆ© des dĆ©tails, la dĆ©coration, le jardin arborrĆ© et surtout la literie excellente pour bien dormir. We enjoyed our stay enormously at Casa Emma. The accommodation is first rate and could not have been better. In addition being pet friendly the Casa offers a good sized, secure garden with several comfortable seating areas and a delightful patio. The location is peaceful and relaxing and not overlooked by other properties. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to offer advice and suggestions throughout our stay. The added bonus was a nearby dog friendly beach, not far from the marina with a choice of small, excellent restaurants available for lunch. We would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Emma to anyone who enjoys a relaxing holiday, in pleasant surroundings with clean and spacious accommodation

A stay in orange groves

We needed a property where we could leave our vehicle safely and travel into Valencia by public transport - you can walk from here to either the Metro or station in about 20 mins. Luis was very helpful and accommodating as we turned up a bit earlier than planned and he booked us into a typical Spanish restaurant a short drive away on our last day. You can visit the sea from here too, only a short drive away.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Ein wirklich sehr schƶnes Ferienhaus, wir haben uns die knapp zwei Wochen unseres Urlaubs super wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Alles nƶtige vorhanden, alles funktionierte inkl. WLAN und Internet die ganze Zeit problemlos, super Infos und Restaurant-Tipps von Luis (unser klarer Favorit: Ca Xoret). Die drei FahrrƤder haben wir gleich mit gemietet, die fĆ¼r kleinere Erkundungstouren bzw. regelmƤƟig zur Fahrt zur Metro-Station in Albalat dels Sorells (ca. 5 Minuten) sehr praktisch waren. Valencia erreicht man mit Auto oder Metro in gut 25 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ist man schon mit rund 45 Minuten dabei. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und wĆ¼rden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Warmth, peace and quiet

Casa Emma was lovely. Clean, private and welcoming. Olympic sized swimming pool c. 7 minutes walk away. Village of Albuixech was lovely. Very short of places to eat! Mainly tapas. We would strongly recommend El Respiro (www.elrespiro22.com) in the village for lunch and tapas. Best of all, if you have small kids, is the playroom.
