Only 3 km from the Château de Valençay and the city, close to the Beauval Zoo and the Châteaux of the Loire, holiday home in Berry, quiet in a green setting  
  
The plus points: a privileged view of the countryside and the passage of the Blanc-Argent line train (4 passages per day) as well as hiking trails nearby At the end of a driveway, detached house with several spaces to park your vehicles (possibility of parking it under cover under an awning).  
On the ground floor a large living room kitchen, lounge, dining room. A bathroom with shower, in separate toilet. Upstairs two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.  
  
Outside, a private garden currently being developed and in the future a terrace to enjoy the countryside.  
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating in the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
