Nice place and nice staff.
Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

Italy vacation; stayed a few days in Rimini at the Astoria Suite Hotel. Great staff, Front Desk, Bar, Restaurant, Housekeeping, everyone were super helpful and friendly. Great hotel near beach (literally a 1/2 block walk). Close to everything. If we find our way back to Rimini, we will be staying at the Astoria Suite Hotel. Thanks

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing but you have a lot of extra add ons such as a fee to use the cups in your room also having a car is very useful transport is hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out ..."
