In the hamlet Santa Lucia 3 km from the centre of Bormio, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the skiing area, east facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use). Storeroom available. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 2.5 km. Super Urlaub

Alles super, tolle Lage schöne Wohnung. Vermieter spricht aber entgegen der Anzeige nur Italienisch. Hat aber mit Händen und Füßen funktioniert. Jederzeit wieder.

Rustig gelegen vakantieappartement

Even buiten Bormio rustig gelegen huis, met ruim appartement op de bovenste of onderste woonlaag. Geen gebruik van tuin. Balkon boven is klein. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Alles aanwezig in appartement.

Bellissima casa, siamo stati benissimo

La proprietaria è molto disponibile. A due passi dalla casa c'è un parchetto stupendo per i bimbi e a 900mt dalla casa passa il sentiero Valtellina che, in forma pianeggiante, porta a Bormio centro in 15 minuti a piedi. Ottima casa per chi cerca sano relax, nel silenzio, a due passi da Bormio. La sala della casa è molto grande. Il tavolo, spazioso, consente di mangiare in 6 stando comodi. Sono disponibili tutti gli accessori da cucina: posate, tazzine, bollitore, fornelli, forno, tostapane, ecc.

Graziosa baita appena fuori Bormio

L'appartamento all'ultimo piano con soppalco è davvero grazioso e accogliente. Tre ampie camere, un bel bagno con doccia ma ciò che stabilia è la zona living: davvero spaziosa, con le travi a vista e una magnifica "stube" che riscalda l'ambiente con un delicato tepore. La vista dal terrazzino è incantevole, la posizione è strategica in quanto lontana da rumori e traffico ma al tempo stesso vicina a tutto e l'accoglienza della padrona di casa è eccellente.

Een heel ruim appartement met al het nodige aanwezig. Enkel spijtig van de gedateerde badkamer. Zeer klein en kan wel een opfrissing gebruiken. Internet was van goede kwaliteit. Geen probleem of trage verbinding. Eigenaar een zeer lieve dame, maar spreekt enkel Italiaans.

Przestronny apartament z widokiem ale mankamentami

Trzy sypialnie oraz 90m2 powierzchni gwarantowały wygodny pobyt dwóch rodzin 2+1 oraz dawały każdej z rodzin swoją przestrzeń. Na plus zaliczam: dość dobre położenie (blisko Bormio a jednocześnie na uboczu), duży salon z odpowiednią kuchnią i jadalnią oraz piec kaflowy, codziennie napalony i dający nam przyjemne ciepło. Na minus: brudna łazienka w dniu przyjazdu, brud w kuchni, bardzo twardy materac w pierwszej sypialni, nieczynne grzejniki w 2 sypialniach, małe okna (ciemno), ciasny parking.

Ottimo compromesso

Proprietari cordiali, appartamento molto grande e adatto a tre famiglie però con un solo bagno. Un po' distante dal centro di Bormio ma comunque comodo per girare la zona, ottimo punto d'appoggio. Consigliato.
