Brand new two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Chalet Adelina, a small condominium with 6 units built in 2024 and equipped with an elevator. The apartment is welcoming and offers all the necessary comforts, with energy class A4\. Furnished with quality pieces, it features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer, combination oven, induction hob, dishwasher). The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed, a room with bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There’s also a double sofa bed in the living room.  
  
Located in the center of Isolaccia, just steps from the church, supermarket, bars, restaurants, main shops, and sports facilities. The location is ideal as a base for excursions of all levels, whether by bike or on skis, both cross-country and downhill.
