9/10 Wonderful! (302 reviews)
The hotel itself was very good, within 20 minutes walk to the lovely centre and river. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Two big issues were, there was no control of the Aircon & we were extremely cold overnight in bed with no provision of a blanket, so very uncomfortable. The sound proofing from room to room was poor, it sounded like the adjacent room were having a dance & changing the furniture around in the room.
Breakfast was excellent.

8.8/10 Excellent! (316 reviews)
Clean room and contemporary bathroom with a large tub and shower combo. Restaurant isn’t opened on weekends which was disappointing. We struggled to get the room comfortable with the air conditioning.

"The hotel was effectively a building site. Terrible. No notification was provided in hotels.com about the ongoing work. We had to walk on scaffolding to get to street level. We were woken up every morning to drilling by workers working on the ongoing hotel building work. It’s a complete dereliction ..."
