"So t be fooled by the listing of the property ! The picture of the SpA is a separate building different business and the cost is 27euros per day out of pocket . Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors 😂before leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep! The WiFi does not work...

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"Expedia confirmed our booking. When we arrived the hotel was closed and when we called someone picked up and hung up on us. "The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked through Expedia, so the fact that the kitchen was only available if you stayed 3 nights did not come through. This was the end of our trip, and I was tired, so I didn't think to ask. They would have unlocked it for me if I had. Just a misunderstanding on my part. The lobby was really interesting. The hallway leading to the elevator to the rooms needs some attention. The vestibule flooring is a tripping hazard. Also, the hall lighting on the room floors needs to be motion activated. Having to find the light switch in the dark is not safe."
