"Clean, comfy bed, breakfast okay. Facility old, in need of renovation. Staff effecient, not engaging, english okay. Close to train station, overal it met our needs, and a couple of staff (Marie and Michal with pony tail) made extra efforts to help. "

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"The hotel deserves the highest rating. It is very clean, staff very attending to the smallest needs/requests. Because it is fairly small hotel it was not crowded and very quiet. It is a great place to wind down and relax."
