Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

This was very conveniently located near the train station. Although we arrived much late than we planned (around mid night), the proximity of the accommodation made is less of a concern. Nice and cosy apartment with necessary amenities . The apartment came with a modern sophisticated washer/dryer which was very useful. It is well lit and clean. 2-3min walk to the Bernina express station. Plenty of restaurants near by.

The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano.

A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very peaceful and the Ill Poggerio restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil setting. Breakfast is simple and wholesome. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Poschiavo. The whole staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel has so much history in this beautiful town. The food was also excellent. We hope to return again!

The hotel owner and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. The interior decor and rooms are even more stunning and immaculate than shown in the online advertisements. Situated in a charming village, the hotel is close to delicious Italian restaurants that are both affordable and delightful. After enjoying our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional night. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful small hotel. Staf are all fabulous with particular thanks to Lorenza, Kathlyn and Andreas. Centrally located. Post bus stop very close, so is the Surovas station. Coop next door. We had three different types of rooms. One double room was a little tight. We had a great dinner at Stuva restaurant. Breakfast buffet adequate. They picked us up from the station and also dropped us at Samedan for a small fee. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

Great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Fab little bar with places to sit outside and view the Alps. Junior suite was the best. Big with a good balcony.

We have been visiting Nira Alpina for many years and it is always the perfect ski vacation. Great facilities, ski room, fast internet, discounted lift tickets, free shuttle from the train, bus to other mountains at the property, ski-in/ski-out, free breakfast buffet and spa with incredibly helpful staff.
