When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "Olde world building at the centre of the village. Very friendly staff and very clean room and communal areas. Very good breakfast. One of the staff booked a table in a near by restaurant, due to it being a Sunday and not many places open on a Sunday in France. Would I stay here again, a definite yes."

"Quite a quirky little hotel with lots of charm in a stunning location. Off the beaten track, without Sat Nav it would be a challenge to find it. When you do it’s worth it. Second time we have been there, and will go again some time."

"Unknowingly we were there during the LeMans race week. The gentleman at the desk was a wealth of information about the race and the cars that were parked in the lot. Dinner and breakfast were on site which was very convenient. "

"An excellent place to stay prior to catching the Caen ferry. The hotel was easily accessed, with a large secure parking area Very welcoming with a comfortable room and a good breakfast was available. There is a very large Le Clerc close by with a restaurant which provided a good evening meal and an opportunity to get items to take home. "

"A lovely place to stay - a well appointed apartment in delightful grounds. Quiet and peaceful but easy to get into town for dinner. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. A very pleasant breakfast was served outside in the garden. Highly recommend."
