Terrace + ground. Ski Termignon/Val Cenis Vanoise 8 km, the Norma 10 km. Cross-country skiing 500 m. Contemporary country house on the edge of the village in a residential area. Western slope. Sector quiet. Unobstructed view of the village and the mountains. Beautiful landscaped outdoor space. Gîte of good comfort. Very close to shops and services. Located 500m from the Nordic area of Bramans-Val d'Ambin (30 km of cross-country ski trails). 8km from Termignon linking the Val Cenis Vanoise area (125km of downhill ski slopes). Snowshoe and pedestrian routes. Walks from the cottage. At the gates of the Vanoise National Park, many hikes towards mountain lakes and glaciers. Body of water fitted out 10km away. Privileged location for visiting the region and Italy via the Fréjus Tunnel or the Mont-Cenis pass. Ideal for cyclists to climb the famous Col de l'Iseran. Region renowned for its religious and baroque heritage. Ideal for a sporting stay or a relaxing getaway!
