"We absolutely loved this hotel! Our room was great, overlooking the port. The breakfast and dinner (yes, dinner!) were so good. Lots of choices at breakfast. Dinner was more low key, but several salads. They also had afternoon coffee/tea and treats. There is a wonderful tower that you can get a key to and go up and have wonderful 360 views of Bergen. The location can't be beat. The staff was very accommodating. One of our best hotel stays ever!"

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The staff on reception were helpful. The hotel location was a way out of the centre but we chose as it had a car park that accommodated a VW campervan. The journey to the centre was not difficult as it involved a 10 minute walk to catch a train or tram (approximately 30-40 minutes to the centre) but not ideal."

"Great location. Otherwise the most basic room, the beds felt more like trampolines. Very weird concept of a shower door, the bathroom floor was constantly flooded. Really no staff available, everything is automated, thankfully I didn’t have any issues because I wouldn’t know who to ask. Breakfast was totally insufficient"

"This property is right off on a main shopping area with high end stores. 6 min walking distance to main attractions all around Bergen. Parking is right behind the property. Staff is brilliant and very helpful. Shoutout to KATINKA who at midnight helped me call and book taxi service for an early morning flight. My only complaint would be the bed. Pillow situation is terrible. Bergen is gorgeous place to be. Local Norwegian are lovely and helpful."
