We had someone staying above us that was so loud. I went to the front desk to complain numerous times. They did nothing. I called and went down to front desk every day. And nothing. I asked to be moved. Even if to a downgraded room to avoid hearing the people above us being so loud. I finally went up stairs to the ppl above us and confronted them since the front desk refused to do anything. The people just ignored me and laughed. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was on the top floor. Walls and floors are way too thin. It sounded like someone was coming thru our ceiling.
