We traveled with our one year old, my 30-something brothers, and my parents, and the fact that we could walk to the Eagle Bahn gondola in 3 minutes was amazing. Our unit was impeccably clean, and the staff could not have been nicer-- exceedingly accommodating with recommendations. One staff member even went above and beyond to help us track down something we needed for our son that we had forgotten to pack. It's a quick walk or free shuttle to Vail Village, and Lionshead was a little smaller and more laid back in a way that really suited us as a family. We loved this special trip.
