Have stayed at the Landmark many times. The building is new and fresh and you can't beat the location. Our 1 bedroom was perfect for my wife and I along with out adult son. He got the "flex room" which isn't considered a bedroom but had a double bed, dresser and night table and a door (a lot bigger than many bedrooms in downtown condos in Toronto). Nice fireplace and we used the BBQ on the deck a couple of times. Ski lockers on the ground floor are a plus. There are 3 hot tubs and a pool to enjoy after skiing. The condo is well-maintained, cozy and in a great location for the gondola, transportation and the restaurants and shops in Lionshead.
