We loved this place! We used the warm pool and hot tubs and it was so easy to get everywhere within minutes! The fans blocked any road noise at night. Definitely coming back here. One thing I’d suggest….the beds need more padding. The two downstairs beds were hard, so a feather bed/mattress pad on each would help tremendously. Otherwise, GREAT place!
First time in Vail and had a great time thanks to the location of this rental. The check in and out was very smooth and easy - done through emails and texts. The location was great in very short distance to the Gondola and free shuttles. Lionhead Village was literally across the parking. The apartment was set up perfect for our party of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The two boys stayed in the loft with two twin beds and the girl had her own room and bathrooms. The apartment was comfortable with coffee maker and everything else to make your vacation like home - dishwasher and washer and dryer, plenty of linens and TV with local weather to keep you aware for planning. One covered parking spot (open parking) was really helpful because our car was not snowed in. We really enjoyed our stay and would surely return for our next Vail trip.
We had a great time in Vail. This apartment was perfect for our party of 6. The teenagers loved having their own loft area. The best was the location. It was close to the lifts, restaurants, shopping, and buses if you needed. It was exactly as described in the photos & description.

The location of this condo is great. But it should be listed as a 2 bedroom because the 3rd bedroom is a loft that is extremely bright and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Bathtubs do not work due to the drain- so are useless. Overall the condo needs a face lift it's very old and dark. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here over New Years break 2018. Unit is very effective use of space and slept our big family of seven comfortably. Unit’s 3 bathrooms are big and clean and each has a shower which was great after skiing. Parking was good and hot tubs looked nice. 4 star review is due to management company Berkshire. We contacted them with a concern during business hours....no answer and no return call. This is unacceptable and I would like the owners to be aware.

This is a perfect location for a ski trip-- literally 250 steps from this unit's ski locker to the Born Free lift (I counted!). Note: there IS a way to ski down that is Green, which was important for the beginner in our group.
VERY comfortable couch that the 4 of us loved watching movies on after long days of skiing.
I was a little disappointed that the kitchen was not better stocked. We needed to cook at home more often than anticipated since many restaurants were not doing carry out due to lack of staff and we refused to eat indoors due to COVID. Basic things were missing like oil, seasonings, foil, etc. We did find salt and pepper hidden in the side of a cabinet on the last day. I've honestly never stayed at a VRBO that didn't have these things and, for the price ( 4 digits per night), these things should be included. I asked the management company for this and they just directed me to the market-- not helpful!
One other suggestion, again for the price, I would expect softer sheets and more comfortable mattresses. They weren't bad, just not as nice as I would expect for the high cost.
Great central location in the heart of Lionshead Village. Terrific view off the balcony of the gondola and mountain. The kitchen was well supplied as were the bedrooms with extra pillows and linens. Communication with the property manager was easy and the response was quick. Just a few things to keep in mind...the highway noise in the front bedrooms took a day to get used to and the loft bedroom's window did not open, which made it very warm at night (it was July). We will definitely rent this condo again when we return to Vail!
Well maintained unit. Proximity to road was not an issue - minimal road noise. Very comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Upstairs loft beds probably not a good location for young kids (beds are close to an open area and right up against a knee wall). Great for adults. Very luxurious. Would definitely stay here again.

If you want to be close to Lionshead village, if you have kids in lessons for example, the location is great. However, the bedroom windows face the highway and I slept very poorly bc of traffic noise, even with earplugs and to white noise machines. The other couple is used to sleeping with traffic noise and had no problem with it. So just something to consider.
The loft is where the kids slept, and while they loved it up there, it was directly over the living room, if the adults wanted to watch TV while the kids were sleeping.
The whole place was also small for the price including bathrooms and lack of a mud room.
We had beautiful views of the mountain and was a super short walk to the lift- if I counted less than 200 steps from the ski locker. Thank you for a memorable family vacation!
Can't beat the location and value, one block from the heart of Lionshead. The one and only drawback is the proximity to I-70, which makes for a lot of traffic noise in the bedroom windows. But thankfully they have fans available to keep things cool. Really enjoyed our stay!
We loved the property. The condo was so comfortable and had plenty of space. I love when the properties have fans, humidifiers, extra blankets, pillows, tons of towel, everything that you need to be comfortable. It was clean. The building manager was available and very friendly. The hot tubs and pools were very well taken care of. We had a great time. I would highly recommed this unit.
Wonderful 5 night stay with two adults, two teenagers. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch at the condo each day. Loved having the washer/dryer right in the unit. Location is ideal to the lifts, market, restaurants, and vail shuttle. Would absolutely stay here again!
My wife and adult daughter stayed at 602 Vantage Point 1/27/21 - 1/31/21.
The good: Great location, great view, nice deck, nice gas grill, den/kitchen area comfortable. Den furniture was comfortable.
The bad: One bedroom bed was extremely hard. Prior to trip we requested and were told the unit had feather pillows, it did not. Blinds in our bedroom did not close properly and need replacing. Good thing no peeping tom was in the neighborhood. TV in the same bedroom leans forward. I think a Berkshire Hathaway property should have certain across the board standard/requirements in all of the units they manage and was disappointed in that regard.
As mentioned in other reviews, you hear Interstate traffic in the bedrooms, we covered the noise with a sound machine. The noise would be a problem at many properties in the Vail area.
Checking in and out was a breeze. We would stay here again.

I’d give our stay a C- at best. Property was ok. View from back of condo was pretty awesome, but front was a major highway which could definitely be heard inside in both bedrooms. Very dated, tiny and not very well maintained. Definitely not 3 bedrooms.
