The kitchen was fully equipped, featuring what appeared to be new appliances like the fridge and cook stove, which worked flawlessly. The living room was a highlight, with an exceptionally comfortable couch that was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and well-appointed, though the only drawback was the lack of clothing storage in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for a ski trip, as we had to keep most of our suitcases on the floor due to only a few hangers being available. Property manager didn’t respond, 3 hours later was relocated to a place further away from family. Bottom line I will never use the company again! I appreciate all they did to help but poor communication from start to finish. The upgrade was okay though. I do have photos to show the filth we walked into. Not knowing if we could be relocated my husband cleaned! As I said the relocation was okay but still believe we deserved better than just a place to lay our heads at night! Lesson learned though!
