The condo itself is about equivalent to a 3-3.5 star hotel. Comfortable living room area to socialize as a family. However, the mattresses are awful... hard as hell. 3 bad nights of sleep. For the price, the little things should be paid attention to. How is it we had a kitchen sink faucet that was hardly attached to the counter. Maintenance came right up to fix it, but they made it so tight that it couldn't turn and the hose wouldn't come it. Not much need for hotel phones anymore, but they don't work. Need to call guest services from cell phone. Comfort ... thank god for doors and windows. This place was SO HOT at night. Thermostat was set for 60 and temp was 77 (for heat). For what it's worth, women like makeup mirrors on the walls in the bathrooms that are on folding arms. This unit doesn't have them. The TV ... Dish TV is great. But how can you be in Vail and NOT get TV8\. It's essential every morning. Also at this price, the unit should have some type of speaker system that people can connect to by bluetooth or SONOS. That's basic in 3 star hotels. Luckily, the hot tub works and was great. The staff is even better. They make the place 3 star instead of 1 or 2\. The unit was every bit as described, and the location is even better than I expected. It is literally at the base of the gondola, which can be seen from the unit.
