With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private hot tub, this home is perfect for families or groups of friends. The large upstairs open floorplan is perfect for hosting, gathering, and relaxing. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals. The home also features free private parking for three vehicles. Don't feel like driving? You are seconds from a free Town of Vail bus stop. Listing Space: You must walk up one flight of covered stairs to get to the main entrance of the home. Bedrooms: All on the first level: 1\. Large area with queen bed and renovated ensuite bath. 2\. Queen with ensuite bath and private patio with beautiful views. 3\. Bunk room: One twin over full bunk. One twin over twin bunk. East Vail is home to beautiful waterfalls in the summer, dramatic mountains, and snow covered couloirs in the winter.
