I’m tact while trying to open it the blinds fell off the rail on the left side. There are no screens on most of the windows. The couches are old and worn out. Only issue was cleaning people came on Thanksgiving. And we said it wasn’t a good time. We were there for 4 more days and they never returned. Even after we called the front desk. So for 8 days we had no house keeping. I ended up washing our towels multiple times so we had fresh towels. We are a fam of 5. ##### Sarah C.
