This charming retreat offers quick access to Vail Mountain as well as shops, restaurants, entertainment, and ski lifts right outside your door. Relax and take in stunning views of Lionshead Village and Vail Mountain from your private balcony. The remodeled bathroom features a spacious stand-up shower, while the cozy living room with a gas fireplace is perfect for winter relaxation. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, and half-size refrigerator for added convenience. STUDIO: Queen bed and queen sofa sleeper in living room. 1 Full Bath. LIFT HOUSE LODGE NOTES: Dogs are welcome at Lift House Lodge for an additional fee of $35 per night, per dog. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit, per night. Please ask for pet friendly unit availability. Please provide the front desk with a reliable phone number where you can be reached in case staff or maintenance needs access to the room while your dog is alone. This will help us ensure your pet's safety and address any necessary room maintenance promptly. Front desk and lobby hours are from 8am to 4pm, though these hours may vary depending on the time of year. For access outside of these hours, please use the 2nd-floor side door near room 201 or the 1st-floor Plaza entrance. Remember to have your key or code ready before 7am and after 5pm for entry. Lift House has onsite coin laundry and an elevator accessing all floors. LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter season, and $30 per night non-winter season. If our lot is full, the public Lionshead parking garage is $60/overnight (along with hourly daytime rates that vary). Prices may change without a prior notice. NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly. The Lift House hot tub is available for our guests' enjoyment and is located on the fourth floor. The location is under remodel and we were in a premiere studio that had very ample drawer and closet space as well as all the necessary basics. The efficiency kitchen was quite sufficient. A drawback is the 11 steps you have to climb to register and any time you use your vehicle. There is no staff assistance with luggage, and uneven pavement so for the older and less mobile crowd that is a consideration. Otherwise the location was lovely for exploring Lionshead and Vail and the deck with chairs and small table enabled leisurely cocktails while observing the bustle of vacationers. ##### Vicki H. But the staff gave us clean towels and garbage bags whenever needed and got our trash out. They KNEW ABOUT ALL THIS CONSTRUCTION BUT DID NOT INFORM ME. NO ONE books a room in a hotel with lots of construction when recovering. Finally, moved AGAIN had to go to hotel which cost me even more $$$. I will be fair to at least say they reimbursing me the balance of $ for time not using. However, can u imagine recovering , on meds, in pain having to move a 3rd time!!!?? HAD I KNOWN, I would have NEVER booked either place. ##### ANDREA M. Everything was clean and as-advertised. One note (and this is disclosed clearly on the listing) - the elevators are out of service, and we brought all of our dog paraphernalia (bed, blankets, toys, food, etc) which meant several trips up 3 flights of stairs when we arrived and when we departed. If we only had our suitcases & briefcases, it would have been no big deal at all. Again, it's a great place, perfect size for us, and we would not hesitate to return. ##### Harry K. The newly-updated unit we stayed in was beautifully done. No tub now, but a nice, big shower. And, the staff is always so kind and personable.
