The main floor living area serves as the central gathering place for the home and features large comfortable sofas that are perfect for stretching out and relaxing, and a large recliner right by the real wood-burning fireplace (stocked with firewood in the winter). The two living areas are connected with a secure internal stairway which allows traveling parties to spread out over three separate floors. With two living areas and two kitchens, and two home office areas you'll find this townhouse Each of the living areas features a large 4K TV with HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime and all the major cable-TV channels. The sunny garden level living room has a 60" 4K TV. Each of the living rooms features an "Alexa controlled" stereo - so you'll have access to all of your favorite music or news channels at the command of your voice. The convenient West Vail South location is just a couple minute drive to all of the stores and restaurants of West Vail. The free Town of Vail shuttle bus stop is located just 150 yards from the front door, allowing you to get to the slopes in just minutes. This townhouse is pet-friendly - and is located just a few hundred yards from the great West Vail dog park. This townhome can be rented either as a complete 4-bedroom/3 bath unit, or as a separate 3-bedroom townhouse and Garden-level 1-bedroom condo. There are four-reserved parking spots located directly adjacent to the front door. Please note, trailers/RV's are not allowed.
