House had games, books and plenty of household supplies. Convenient location to Vail shuttle and small food market across the street. You won’t need a rental car for local spots. The listing had all of the features we needed in a house in Vail. It says there are 9 beds-Sleeps 10 because there's also a sofa sleeper in a 2nd floor office which we used. 9 beds plus pull-out. Lot's of extras. 2-car heated garage with opener. Games, cards, piles of videotapes and a DVR :). There's a Pack and Play in a closet. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted with everything we could imaging (except a Pizza Cutter). Lots of the little stuff you may otherwise buy like condiments, sweetener, spices etc. The hot tub is fantastic. Hot enough with settable temperature on a hidden panel on the far side of the tub. We had 7 adult men in there at one time which was a little crowded, but not uncomfortable. 5 people can use it in comfort. The management agent, Ellen McKibben is extremely responsive to email and answers her phone. It was an absolute joy to vacation in this house for a week and we intend to rent it again any time we have a large enough group. ##### Lawrence D.
