A/C, Steps to multiple restaurants, shops, and rentals! Lionshead Arcade was built in 1970, an older building but in the middle of Lionshead at the base of Vail Mountain. There is no better location close to the lifts at this price at any ski mountain in Colorado! And this is Vail! The unit is tastefully furnished with HD TV and fast internet. Many restaurants within sight and over one hundred in the Vail base area. Ice skating around the corner, movie theater and bowling four bus stops away. The condo was totally remodeled with all new furniture in the fall of 2017\. It is done so you can enjoy the incredible convenient location in the heart of the village of Lionshead. This condo was the perfect size for us with 3 sleeping areas and 2 full baths. It was one of the most well-appointed VRBO's we've EVER stayed at- spices, plenty of dish soap/detergent, laundry detergent, Kleenex, paper towels, you name it we had it there and available for use, that was so nice not having to go buy any of that! The only down side was that sleeping on the sofa bed was bright and noisy at night with the lights & music from nearby restaurants, birds and early rising sun. The condo was well stocked with all things needed. The down side was the temp in Vail was very warm 80-90\. No air in the main part and standing air conditioning in the bedrooms, which is noisy. But otherwise the condo is perfect. It just needs to be cool. Which I’m sure it is most of the year. The location is close to everything. 😊 Loved it! ##### GEORGE V. We very much enjoyed! Host was helpful and very generous with supplies, which enhanced our stay! She was also helpful when another car took our spot. Parking spot was very convenient! Excellent location, but we gave 4 stars because it’s hard to find the entrance. The host provided good directions, which helped us find it. However, we ordered a food package (that should’ve lasted us 3 days) but the fedex driver didn’t deliver because he couldn’t find the entrance. The location is awesome. The balcony overlooked lionshead mall and since we were visiting during July 4th we got a birds-eye view of the parade and lots of other fun. We loved being able to walk down the stairs and be right in the village. There are lovely waking paths to further east parts of vail village along Gore creek and meadow dr (about 15 mins). There is a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk and so many shops, restaurants, and activities within short walking distances too. The unit was as described and stocked with all the essential consumables we needed (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, plastic baggies, dish detergent and soap, coffee filters) and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion), which is really nice since these are sometimes missing from rental units. Plenty of towels and linens too. There was also a variety of pillow types (soft/firm) so our family was able to trade around to everyone’s liking. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back - would definitely book again. ##### Lindsey J.
