The room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Net curtains shabby, torn and heavy curtains were hanging off curtain rail in places. Staircase carpet dirty. Reception and waiting staff were helpful and professional. Dinner was lovely but breakfast disappointing. Breakfast is served until 9.30am. Came down at 9am and hardly any hot food left, not replenish!

A great spot, right in the centre of Lille, so fantastic for walking around the town. Helpful staff, they found somewhere secure indoors for us to store our bicycles. Funky building and decor, an enjoyable stay.

One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit.
