"Mariposa Jungle Lodge is such an incredible place! Its located near towns and San Ignacio, along with the Pine Reserve. It was a great location to explore the Cayo area from. The staff were very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Robelvi gave us great recommendations and helped us plan some really fun adventures to a butterfly sanctuary and local swimming spots and waterfalls. The dining option was fantastic - excellent food and services. They made everything really special and the attention to detail was really great. Super clean with everything we needed. The pool was a fun place to relax and we enjoyed the hiking trails and bird watching tower. After being at the beach for several days, I wasn't sure what to think about making a change - but I'm so thankful we visited Cayo and stayed at Mariposa. It was the prefect combination of adventure and relaxing. My kids absolutely loved it!"
