"Very nice staff! And a nice comfortable hotel in a good location for shops and restaurants; however, the location is also a negative. The street is very very loud at night. Loud motorcycles, street racing, engines revving until early hours of the morning. If you can get an inside room, you will hear much less noise. After first night the hotel relocated us to one of these rooms, thank you! A reminder, checkout is at 10AM. If you are joining a cruise you may end up with 8 hrs on your hands. The charge for later checkout is $20 per hour. If we had thought about before hand we likely would have just booked an extra night."

"Cabin was clean and well stock. Gino gave us recommendations of were to eat and activies to do during our stay. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this place for peaceful and relaxing stay. 20 minute walk to city centre. "

"Our stay at Arakur Resort & Spa in Ushuaia was truly exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is beautifully perched on a hill, offering absolutely stunning panoramic views of the Beagle Channel and the town of Ushuaia—waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, but a special thank you to Antonella, who went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome. Her wonderful personality and attention to detail made our stay feel extra special. The amenities were equally impressive—the pool and spa area were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the restaurant delivered excellent meals. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. We also loved the convenience of the complimentary round-trip shuttle to town, which made getting around effortless. Overall, a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended when visiting Ushuaia!"
