El hotel es bellísimo sin embargo hay cosas que podrían cambiar por ejemplo el desayuno es todos los dias lo mismo, hasta el acomodo de los platillos es igual, en una cena pedimos una botella de vino que nunca llego, nos dieron unas copas como disculpa sin embargo quedo el mal sabor de boca. Lo recomiendo ampliamente pero siempre se puede mejorar

Our stay at Arakur Ushuaia Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. The hotel is spectacular, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Beagle Channel and the surrounding mountains. It is the perfect place to experience the beauty of Patagonia while enjoying world-class comfort. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and luxury. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, with an impressive variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality options. We also loved the spa, the infinity pool, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Arakur exceeded all of our expectations and was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip to Ushuaia. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable luxury experience. Excelente hotel, boa infraestrutura, equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa, paisagens incríveis vistas da áreas da piscina, academia e restaurantes. Grande disponibilidade de programação para os hóspedes. Não deixe de fazer as trilhas na propriedade do Arakur. Importante destacar que o Arakur fica a cerca de 20 minutos do Centro de Ushuaia, portanto é relativamente longe para ficar ir e vindo caso tenha muitos programas na área central. Em termos de possíveis aprimoramentos, seria bacana se colocassem uma máquina de cafés para ser usada no café da manhã. Também poderia ser disponibilizada uma máquina em área comum para encher as garrafas de água.

O hotel é excelente! Os funcionários muito gentis e solícitos , em especial a Gabriela que nos ajudava no café da manhã. O café da manhã contém muitas opções. This was the perfect stay. Beautiful location with nearby trails to see panoramic views of the Beagle Channel and Ushuaia bay. The room itself was perfect, spacious and clean. Hotel design, features, view and staff were all amazing. Only issue we had was unstable WiFi / internet in our room, particularly as we had to research/ rebook a cancelled flight. We also needed to extend our stay by one night with short notice, and Matias at the reception was very helpful and pragmatic in making arrangements to keep our room for another night. Very good guest service.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Très bon petit déjeuner avec différents choix. Le buffet du soir est varié et la viande excellente. Cependant, il serait opportun que les parents servent les enfants afin d’éviter des « léchages » de cuillère qui enlève l’hygiène et ne donne plus envie d’y retourner.
