Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Woche in Userin. Das Haus ist sauber und toll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Der Zugang zum zweiten Schlafzimmer im Dach ist zwar steil, aber dafür ist es oben schön gemütlich. Die Küche scheint recht neu und ist für eine Ferienhaus-Küche top ausgestattet! Die Mückengitter vor fast allen Fenstern sind ein Segen. In der Nebensaison (zweite Septemberhälfte) war es auch wunderbar ruhig auf dem Gelände. Einzig der horrende Preis von 45 für Ausleihe von Handtüchern und Bettzeug beim sonst sehr netten Verwalter hat uns ein wenig negativ überrascht am Ende.

Alles prima und sehr entspannt

Es ist eine angenehm kleine Ferienhausanlage, die trotzdem alles Nötige hat. Für die Kinder wichtig natürlich der kleine Badestrand in 10 Minuten Fußweg am sauberen See. Das Haus selbst ist nicht groß, aber funktional, und die Ausstattung passte für uns. Nicht übertrieben neu oder schick, aber voll in Ordnung, alles da. Sehr angenehm: der entspannte Verwalter vor Ort, der ohne viel Trara einfach hilft, wo nötig, und sich sonst zurückhält.

Viele Seen aber wenig Wanderwege an Seen

Die Gegend ist allgemein sehr schön aber leider für Wanderer kaum erschlossen. Manche Wanderwege führen mehrere Kilometer über befahrene Straßen. Von der so sehr schönen Seenlandschaft hat man dann gar nichts (Ausnahme Stechlinsee). Die Unterkunft wurde elektrisch beheizt und war bei den Temperaturen um 10 Grad einfach zu kalt. Ein Minidurchlauferhitzer hat ein Duschen zum Abenteuer gemacht. Die Ausstattung liegt schon einige Jahre zurück,v.a. Sofa war schon verdächtig. Die Treppe zum oberen Schlafzimmer war wegen der Steilheit,v.a. für Kinder ein Wagnis

Einziger Nachteil

95 % alles toll. Haus und Umgebung vollzufrieden. ABER: Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das WlanUserin war sehr schlecht. Wir waren enttäuscht. Sehr langsam. Viele Abrüche. Z.B. eine TAGESZEITUNG auf demTablet länger zu lesen, war oft nicht möglich. Oder der Aufbau einer Nachrichten/App war sehr langsam.

Tolle Lage in wundervoller Umgebung

Perfekt gelegen zum Baden, Fahrrad fahren und Paddeln. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich, aber die Bettdecken sind viel zu warm für die Sommermonate und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer leider viel zu hart.

Grundsätzlich gut mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir waren die ersten Gäste nach der Winterpause zu Ostern 2023. Leider war es so kalt, dass die einfachen Stromwandheizungen eingeschaltet werden mussten. Der darin befindliche Staub, der so freigesetzt wurde, hat uns als Allergiker so stark beeinträchtigt, dass wir nahe dran waren, uns ein anderes Quartier zu suchen. Gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung mit Möbeln und der Küche. Neue Matratzen im unteren Schlafzimmer würden den Schlafkomfort verbessern. Mehr Wasser zum Duschen (Wassermenge, die der Durchlauferhitzer schafft) wäre ebenfalls schön. Positiv ist, dass das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen ist und trotzdem Spielplatz und Gemeinschaftsparkplatz mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar sind. Das Haus ist aber insgesamt gesehen den Preis wert. Bei der Suche haben wir viele Objekte gesehen, die weitaus schlechter ausgestattet waren und deutlich teurer sein sollten.

....es war eine superschöne leider viel zu kurze Zeit dort - ich möchte gerne wiederkommen

....das Hauschen war echt schnuckelig, hat mich an ein Ferienhaus erinnert, welches ich lange Jahre mit meinen Kindern im Allgäu besucht habe und welches sie noch heute liebevoll als das - Holzhaus - bezeichnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Haus und die Umgebung machen es sehr leicht sich erholen. Die Austattung ist absolut ausreichend und gemütlich. Es sollte auf der Homepage leichter ersichtlich sein, daß eine Kaution hinterlegt werden muss und der Strom extra abgerechnet wird. Ist nicht weiter tragisch, aber erstmal eine Überraschung.

Jederzeit wieder

Gebaüde war in punkto Sauberkeit okay, Der Receptionist kümmert sich und ist nett. Wer ungerne Gesellschaft des Nachbarn mag, sollte es sich überlegen, das die Holzhäuser eng beieinander stehen. Spileplatz, See alles top, nur ein paar Gehminuten. Ansonsten ein einziger Minimarkt im Ort, fußläufig erreichbar. Strom wird extra berechnet, könnte teuer werden, wenn die Elektroheizung benutzt wird. Alles in allem gerne wieder

Toller erster Familienurlaub zu dritt

Das sonnengelbe Häuschen im Feriendorf hatte alles, was man für eine Woche Müritzurlaub braucht. Das einzige, was uns etwas irritiert hat, war das doch recht kleine Baby-/Kinderbett. Das hat eher die Maße eines schmalen Beistellbettes. Für unseren 1 1/2-jährigen Sohn passte es gerade so zum Schlafen, war aber echt grenzwertig. Wenn wir es gewusst hätten, dann hätten wir ein Reisebett mitgenommen, da er für die normalen Einzelbetten oben noch zu klein war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen ersten Familienurlqub zu dritt mit viel Ruhe vom Trubel des Alltags in der Großstadt ... Vielen Dank
