The hotel was a bit run down once you passed the lobby. Most staff was helpful. Parking was expensive to not have any direct access to the hotel- after parking your car you have to walk all the way through the parking garage and outside to the front of the hotel. One a more positive note: the hotel is super close to many historical sites.

The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. They both only had a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. The garbage can needs to be replaced it was broken and nasty around it and inside. There wasn’t any also no paper towels and we had to purchase that as well. It was a decent size and there was room for my family. The location made it worth it but parking is bad however we got lucky every time.
