Perfect hotel!

I would stay here again!
It is a charming place, very comfortable, and the location in Urgup is great. Short walk to the Urgup UNESCO site, which is my favorite in the area because it is not crowded and it has great examples of cave homes and churches. Also quick walk to local restaurants, small shops, even a wine cave. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped me arrange the tours I wanted to take. Breakfast was fantastic. The common areas are very pleasant and comfortable, which was great because I was traveling with a group of friends. I would stay here again!

Nice Cave hotel
This is a family run boutique hotel with limited rooms, some of which are Cave rooms. We stayed in a superior cave room which was very nice and quite large on the ground floor. Room decor was in line with the theme and it was a unique experience for us. Contrary to the spring season, we stayed in mid April 2019, weather was very unusual and it was snowing when we arrived at the hotel. We were certainly not prepared for the cold and had very limited warm clothes. Moreover, by the time we reached the hotel, shuttle took almost two hours as we were at the farthest corner from the airport, it was past 9 PM. THere is a small reception room on the ground floor but the owners were in the lounge room on the first floor. We had to call out for them as it was too slippery for us to climb up due to snow and we are senior citizens. They were prompt to respond and checked us in quickly. It was good that we had carried some food with us for the night and therefore didn't have to order anything though we learned the next day that food Dan be ordered from outside and is delivered to the hotel. Breakfast next day was good with some hot food. It was even brought to us at 5.30 AM the next day as were to leave at 6 to catch our flight. Owners are fantastic and for that alone it is a very good choice. If weather was better we could have explored more of the hotel and interacted with other guests in the evening. We highly recommend it.

No doubt one of the first little boutique hotels in the region when it open 15 years ago, and very charming at first probably. But now the place feels warn: rooms have a strong smell, lights don’t work etc. outdoor pillows are bleached and left in the rain, soaking wet when the sun returns. Understaffed. Managed doesn’t speak English.

Welcoming, friendly, and fast check in. Breakfast was delicious and served in a charming garden. Rooms have large patios to relax and take in the atmosphere of Cappadocia. Town centre is a short stroll away with good food and supermarkets.

A very agreeable small hotel
It is a small quant lodging. The cave is dug into the hill side and the room felt fresh and at a comfortable temperature without us doing anything. Great insulation. Our room had a patio with a table and chairs. We used it for meals and general lounging around. It too was comfortable. There is no restaurant, but room service is provided. We used room service for our evening meals and found the food delicious and the setting enjoyable. We had some difficulty finding the hotel as we were using google maps on our smartphone and the hotel was not listed by name. To get our bearing, we pulled ln to a convenient parking lot and it turned out to be parking for this hotel. We arranged our tours through the hotel which worked well.

Huzurlu bir tatil
Melekler evi hotel Kapadokya’ya geldiğimde sürekli kaldığım bir otel.Sıcak samimi ve mimari olarak şık bir atmosferi var.Halit bey her gittiğimiz de gayet ilgili diğer çalışanlarda aynı şekilde.Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum hem ortamı hemde hizmeti gayet güzel.

Oğlum (6 yaş) ile birlikte iki gecelik keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Otel konseptini çok beğendim. Kaldığımız oda temizdi. Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve personellerin hizmeti gayet iyiydi. Kind staffs and clean room
It was very pleasant to stay in this hotel. All staffs are very kind and they try to give us the best services. The room is big and clean, hot water from the shower made us a day after the long walk. Breakfast is delicious and fresh!!

Otel gayet güzel ve tatmin ediciydi. Odada ekstra çöp kovası tek eksikti, bir de bizim ihtiyacımız olmasa da tv olsa daha uygun olabilirdi.

Melek evleri ve perileri
3-4 Aralık tarihinde Melekler evinde bir gece kaldık. Keşke mümkün olsa idi birkaç gece daha kalsaydık. Otelin odasını açar açmaz kendimizi hayaller ülkesinde hissettik. Bizi Fatih Bey karşılada. Güler yüzü ve yardım severliği ve misafir perverliği için kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.Bize özel hazırlığı kahvaltıyı herkese anlatıyorum. Otel sahibi Funda hanım bizi kendi evimiz gibi rahat ettirdi. Güler yüzü ve hoş sohbeti için ona da teşekkür ederiz. Yılbaşı gecesi bu sene çok güzel geçmiş ama biz orda olamadık. Gelecek sene için şimdiden rezervayon yaptırmayı dünüyorum. Ürgüp te kalmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Konum super merkeze,Asmalı konağa,Tursana yürüme mesafesinde İşletmecisi hanimefendi çok ilgili Fatih bey çok ilgili Odalar tertemiz Kahvaltı çok iyi Hiç başka otel aramanıza gerek yok Birdaha o bölgeye gidersek yine aynı yerde konaklayacagız

A nice and charming place to stay.
The personnel was warm friendly and very service minded. Our charming cave was well equipped. The bed could have been better, though.The wifi was almost useless.
