The apartment is located inside the main farmhouse of the Biroccio Country House. The resort is nestled among the hills of the Marche, Urbino (UNESCO heritage).
The 28 hectare property is located in a provincial territorial park, in a relaxing setting among hills and fields as far as the eye can see.
If you seek peace, relaxation and contact with nature this place is for you! From here you can visit many places of cultural and scenic interest: Urbino, Urbania, Mondavio, Corinaldo, Sassocorvaro, San Leo, Gradara, Furlo Gorge, to name a few.
The apartment is on the ground floor, the surface is 50 square meters, can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children / teenagers) and consists of: double bedroom, bathroom, living area with kitchenette + sofa bed double + private outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, shaded and panoramic.
In the apartment: Shower, TV, hairdryer and courtesy set, independent heating.
Upon arrival you will find the apartment clean with bedding and towels (weekly change of linen).
End of stay cleaning € 40 (only from the 5th day onwards).
At guests' disposal: panoramic swimming pool and barbecue.
The outdoor area around the farmhouse, equipped with a large table, chairs and armchairs is available to guests.
We organize dinners Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, the menu is the same for everyone, we eat under the gazebo, all together, including the owners.
Free parking on site.
Pets Allowed. Dogs of all sizes and all races!
