"Lovely hotel, modern rooms with large comfy beds. The staff were all fantastic and really made experience here as brilliant as it was. Would recommend as a base for Disney or business in Tokyo Bay. A little far as a base for Tokyo but would suit if adding a day or two to a trip. "

"Amazing value for the price. Rooms had everything you needed and more. For example, every room has a microwave which isn’t standard in more expensive hotels. My children loved the in room game and enjoyed collecting their prize from front desk. Rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The shuttle to Disney was fantastic and always on time. "A good place for those who wants to go Disneyland or Disneysea. They provide shuttle bus. And it is link to the Shin-Urayasu train station. Very convenient. Shopping centres are just at the train station. "

"The room was clean, and spacious. The shower/bathtub, the toilet, and the sink were all separate which was nice. Bus had a shuttle that came twice an hour to/from Maihama Stn which was very convenient. Not much going on around the hotel as it is in an industrial/office area, but there is a convenience store within walking distance. Highly recommend for those looking for a hotel near DisneyLand/DisneySea."

"MyStays Shin-Urayasu more than met our expectations. While not a five-star facility, our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a very good breakfast that includes Japanese and Western selections. Unfortunately, it's not open for lunch or dinner. But, the Shin-Urayasu train station is just a 20-minute leisurely walk away. There is an Aeon Mall with a food court and several other "sit down" and fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the train...

"There was a 7-11 down the block and Disneyland was a short local bus ride away. Great staff and easy to find. 18 minutes away from rail station. "

"Great affordable hotel near Disneyland Tokyo. It is typical hotel size in Tokyo for its price. Have everything you needs in the room. If you just need a stay before heading to Disneyland I think is great. Very close to subway station is a big plus. "
