Parking was a major problem. It took 15 minutes to get your car and it cost $50 a night ($60 with tip). Since there were no local parking options, valet was the only way to go. I felt gouged.

Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation

Wonderful hotel. Clean room and friendly staff and great location for visiting UC Berkeley. We were greeted from morning until night by the staff and the hotel bar and reception area was always lively. Highly recommend!
