After letting the nighttime front desk attendant of an issue with our room, we were accommodated and moved to an upgraded suite. "Had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn. The customer service was outstanding. We have been staying at Homewood Suites for over 12 years and their quality has declined so decided to check out Drury. A couple of suggestions. Add Netflix to your TV selection and have an ADULTS ONLY section for breakfast and 5:30 Kickback. The kids at both can get kind of crazy yelling and running around which can be annoying while trying to eat. On our next visit we plan to stat at Drury and hope you can implement our suggestions."

"Checked in after midnight. That was quick and pleasant. The complimentary snack table had food all over it. Our room had dust balls the size of a quarter on the floor by the air vent and still coming out and dust over most of the room. That will definitely cause allergies to flair. Other than those 2 things, all was good."
