Great facility with surroundings. If you travel with car its not far from Uppsala, Arlanda or Stockholm. God alternative to hotels more close to the city. Beutiful park for walking and running. Interaction with cows along the pathway.

Relaxing, clean and different.

LOVELY simple, clean room with great view. It made me calm and the bed was nice and felt good. Loved the flowers in some of the rooms in the castle. The breakfast was ok. A bit boring. The boiled eggs icecold and the scrambled eggs made with pulver. It would have been fantastic to eat the breakfast somewhere else then the celler. But I loved this place.

We ordered a room with two beds. Got one bed and one bad sleeping couch. The breakfast super minimal. The restaurant was closed. We got impression that we ordered a room in a castle. We had to sleep in a barrack.

Sehr spezielle Location! Auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis, aber man merkt, dass der Betrieb auf Tagungsgäste ausgelegt ist und nicht auf Touristen. Organisatorisch und bei der Kommunikation hat es bei uns etwas gehapert, was wir auf diese Ausrichtung zurückführen. Das Personal war aber sehr engagiert, diese Mängel auszugleichen und hat alles möglich gemacht, was sie konnten. Da waren wir sehr positiv überrascht! Beispiel: Uns wurden die Frühstückszeiten nicht vorher mitgeteilt, und sie waren am Abend auch nicht mehr in Erfahrung zu bringen bzw. was man im Internet gefunden hat, hat sich als falsch herausgestellt. So waren wir erst mehr als eine halbe Stunde nach Ende der Frühstückszeit im Frühstücksraum aufgetaucht. Trotzdem wurde uns das Frühstück noch ermöglicht und fast die vollständige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken noch angeboten. Zwei 11-kW-Ladestellen vorhanden mit sehr günstigem Pauschalpreis. An der Rezeption erfragen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände, Parkanlage und See sind traumhaft. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise. Nächstes Mal bleiben wir länger. Einziger Nachteil: Sehr abgelegen, deshalb auch keine Gastronomie und Geschäfte in der weiteren Umgebung. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir abends im Schloss essen konnten. Ist zwar qualitativ sehr hochwertig und jede Krone wert. Aber für jeden Abend geht es ins Geld. Und was man so liest, sind die Öffnungszeiten eher unregelmäßig.

Överraskande trevligt boende med mycket serviceinriktad personal. God frukost i slottet. Boende i sidobyggnader. Rent och fint rum med det som behövs. Badrummet var mycket bra. Sängen bekväm om väl liten för två fullvuxna, så behöver ni yta att sova på boka rum med två sängar. Finns badplats med bryggor (även en tillgänglig nedgång för rullstol) som nyttjas av lokalbefolkningen och därmed är parkeringen ofta full dagtid på fina dagar. Sommaröppna restaurangen var toppen, placerad mitt i trädgården med delvis utsikt över både vatten och slott. Märk väl att receptionen stänger del av dygn.

Mycket fin omgivning! Rummet OK ! Bäddsoffan under all kritik,knakade väldigt högt så fort man rörde sig!Var tvungen att ligga på golvet på bäddmadrassen. Inte alls skönt! Det fanns inga glas, bra att ha när man borstar tänderna! Tråkigt när man förväntar sig ett jättebra boende!

Trevlig personal som var serviceinriktade på ett mycket imponerande positiv anda gav bra tips på aktiviteter. Frukosten var välbalanserad i sitt goda utbud. Kock med värdinna önskade ett välkomnande godmorgon, där kocken föreslog att bereda en specialgjord omelett med ingredienser från närliggande producenter, vilket var en mycket delikat upplevelse i en väldigt tilltalande miljö i slottets källarmatsal, där det gick att skönja dåtidens slaktkrokar och brödstänger från dess valv av tak. Vistelsen är positiv, även om rummet var i minsta laget. Men vem hänger på ett hotellrummet, när det övriga är så vackert ? Syvendes och sist, sovs det endast där.

Stort och bekvämt rum i Ramborg-annexet. Trevlig slottsmiljö. Frukosten serverades i den mysiga slottskällaren. Enda nackdelen var att man för att se tv på rummet behövde ha egen streamingtjänst och ansluta från egen mobil med kabel. "Vanlig" TV saknades
