Hampshire Farmhouse – Your Country Escape in the Southern Forests
Imagine arriving at a beautiful timber farmhouse, surrounded by forest, rolling green countryside and breathtaking views across the water. The only decisions you need to make are what to cook for dinner, which local wine to open and whether to spend the afternoon exploring or simply relaxing on the verandah.
WELCOME TO HAMPSHIRE FARMHOUSE
Set within a picturesque 100 acre property near Manjimup, Hampshire Farmhouse is a private, beautifully styled country retreat where friends and family can escape the everyday and enjoy a slower pace of life.
Gather your favourite people for a long weekend of good food, great wine, wonderful conversation and the simple pleasures of country living.
Watch the changing light over the lake, listen to the extraordinary birdlife, spot the local wildlife and enjoy watching the cattle grazing in the surrounding paddocks.
There's something rather special about being here.
A FARMHOUSE MADE FOR GATHERING
With four bedrooms accommodating up to nine guests, two comfortable living areas and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space, Hampshire Farmhouse is ideal for couples travelling together, groups of friends, wedding guests and memorable weekends away.
During the school holidays, it's equally lovely for families wanting to spend quality time together, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle.
The farmhouse is a lovingly renovated timber home, thoughtfully furnished and decorated to create a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It retains the quirks and character of an authentic country farmhouse, with all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay.
LONG LUNCHES, LOCAL WINES & EVENINGS BY THE FIRE
If you love cooking and entertaining, you'll feel right at home.
Our generously equipped galley kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast to a wonderful dinner showcasing the Southern Forests' exceptional local produce.
Step outside onto the spacious verandah, fire up the BBQ or experiment with homemade pizzas in the gas pizza oven.
Settle in for a long lunch, enjoy a glass of local wine and take in the views. With a large outdoor dining table seating eight and additional chairs, there's plenty of room to gather and enjoy the fresh country air.
When the evenings turn chilly, head inside, light the slow combustion wood heater and settle into one of the comfortable sofas with a good book, a board game or a movie.
No rushing. No schedules. Just time to enjoy being together.
FOUR BEDROOMS, TWO LIVING AREAS AND PLENTY OF SPACE
Hampshire Farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to nine guests across four bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: One double bed and one single bed.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds.
Bedroom 4: One queen bed.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
There are two separate living spaces, giving everyone room to spread out.
The generous open plan living and dining area features comfortable lounges, a smart TV, DVD player and a collection of books, movies and board games.
A second, beautifully furnished sitting room offers a peaceful space to read, enjoy the view or simply unwind.
The farmhouse also has a main family bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, an ensuite off the master bedroom and an additional toilet in the laundry.
Please note that the master ensuite is functional but has not been renovated, and its spa bath is not available for use.
FOR THOSE WHO LOVE TO COOK
We take our cooking and coffee seriously!
The kitchen includes a large gas cooktop, generous oven, dishwasher, quality cookware and a well stocked selection of kitchen equipment.
You'll also find a slow cooker, rice cooker, bread maker and sandwich press.
Coffee lovers are well catered for with both a Nespresso machine and a Breville Barista coffee machine. A selection of coffee pods is provided, although you might want to bring your favourites.

EXPLORE THE SOUTHERN FORESTS
Hampshire Farmhouse is a wonderful base for discovering everything this beautiful part of Western Australia has to offer.
Spend your days visiting local wineries, discovering exceptional seasonal produce, exploring charming country towns, hiking through magnificent forests or cycling sections of the nearby Munda Biddi Trail.
The region is a paradise for food lovers, nature enthusiasts, photographers and anyone who enjoys getting outdoors.
We're also conveniently located for guests attending weddings at venues such as Clover Cottage & Stonebarn and others throughout the Manjimup and Southern Forests region.
Or perhaps you'll decide not to venture far at all. Many of our guests are perfectly happy staying put, soaking up the scenery and enjoying the peace and quiet.
A COUNTRY HOLIDAY FOR FAMILIES
During the school holidays, Hampshire Farmhouse is the perfect place for families to reconnect.
With room for up to nine people, two living areas, books, movies and board games, it's particularly well suited to extended families or two families holidaying together.
Enjoy meals around the table, observe the birdlife and wildlife, and experience the sights and sounds of a working country property.

We had a wonderful stay. Once we arrived we did not leave the property for the 4 nights we had booked. It is so beautiful, we just sat and watched the birds, the Kangaroos and the emus all day. It was so peaceful, no traffic noise, just the Australian bush sounds and the of our grandchildren Perfect
Our little dog loved running around the large area and we loved the quietness and listening to the kookaburras singThe sun sets were amazing and the fire kept us all warm at night The home has everything you need for a peaceful getaway
This is absolutely gorgeous place in a secluded location all to yourself. The farmstay is enjoyable and close to nature with everything it has to offer. It is close enough from shops and easy to get around. The house is a great place to relax if you are going around and is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Loved it and would recommend to anyone who would like to visit the region and is seeking some peaceful place to wind-down. Thanks Belinda for making our stay so memorable.
This is a beautiful property with everything you might need. We had a wonderful stay only marred slightly by the freezing weather which I suppose was to be expected at that time of year. I would definitely recommend it.
Beautifully furnished home with a peaceful outlook. Requires some work to improve main bedroom ensuite, major water leak at front door, decking and grounds. The BYO firewood and internet access limitations needs to be communicated on the web site.
Lovely quiet farm away from the hustle and bustle. Hampshire Farmhouse was ideal to celebrate my wife's birthday with all the family. Everything you could possibly need was supplied and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to escape for a weekend or more.
Came down to beautiful Manjimup with my family. Absolutely loved our stay - the house is very homely and location around Manjimup is stunning. Belinda is lovely, very responsive and easily accessible by message.
