Robyn and Ivor were great hosts. Do be aware that there are cockerels on the farm so you might have some early wake-up calls - it is a farmstay after all. The chickens roam around so might be close to the bedrooms sometimes. The highway is also nearby but we had no noise worries from that and it makes it very easy to just pop down the drive and head out into the region on adventures. When it came to cleaning up, it was good to find a decent quality vacuum cleaner in the cupboard - little things like that help and it's a useful time saver. ##### Andrew H. It was a bit farther from Takaka and I feel the owners should put in the listing that it is 20kms before. Kitchen knives need to be sharpened so they are useable. Friendly dogs and animals.
