"Appreciated the ample and easy parking, one of the reasons why we chose the place. Staff was nice and helpful."

"Well , need more staff. There was one staff for the entire floor, beds, towels and toilet paper were not replace due to staff shortage after staying for 2 days. The one staff was running her feet off. Towels are old and wore out, door security not working we had to put a chair behind door for safety. Break fast time was too short, we had to cut cut our sleep just to catch breakfast, not impressed. No iron in room, tea pot not working, no kettle for hot water and no creamer. need more soap. I would not recommend this hotel unless the issues are resolved. Need smart TV , had to turn TV on and off manually."

"Waterpark was great for the kids. Staff were nice. I was annoyed there was no laundry available because I had counted on that when I booked. The walls were thin and guests were loud, which caused some issues for me because I had several zoom meetings. (I chose the hotel because I thought kids could hang out while I worked. The kids were happy at the waterpark but loud guests and thin walls were louder than my kids would have been.)"

"I was very happy to see they had cleaned up the gravel since I had been there the week previous the rooms are always clean bed was comfortable however I did have a room with an out outdoor access and in the process of things at 4:30 in the morning I took my dog out who I was travelling with and got locked out of my room because the room keys would not work in the door from outside going in and of course my inside door I had locked and double locked for safety reasons so I was over an hour before anybody could actually get back into my room and then let me in so that was 430 to 5:30 in the morning that was one thing I was really not impressed with and in conversation with the staff they assured me that it would be looked after so it didn't happen to somebody else other than that I enjoy my stay Motel 6 we stay there quite often and will definitely stay again hopefully we won't have that issue again"
