Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um das Freizeitangebot des Chiemgaus zu erkunden. Sport und Natur sind hier kein Gegensatz, sondern bieten die Möglichkeit, sich hier gut zu erholen. Das "Landhaus in der Au" liegt in ruhiger Hanglage erhöht über dem Ort. Von der Ferienwohnung haben Sie unbegrenzt freien Rundumblick in das malerische Achental mit seinen Bergen. Um die Umwelt zu schonen, heizen wir mit Sonnen- und Erdwärme und achten auf eine ausgeglichene Energiebilanz. In Haus und Hof kann nicht geraucht werden. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht möglich. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen und überzeugt mit einer individuellen Ausstattung. Garten und Grillplatz warten auf ihre Nutzung. 2 Parkplätze stehen am Haus zur Verfügung. Das Rauchen im Haus, auf dem Balkon und auf dem Grundstück ist nicht erlaubt. Für den erholsamen Urlaub zu jeder Jahreszeit finden Sie bei uns gute Voraussetzungen: •Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit ca. 98 qm, keine Dachschrägen, Holzböden aus Eiche, Fenster zum Öffnen, Balkon mit Sitzmöbel •zwei Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett (L/B 200\*200 cm, 200\*180 cm), Tisch und Stühle, Einbauschränke •Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, Ecksofa, SAT-TV, Radio mit CD, kleine Bibliothek und Spielesammlung. •Wohn- und Schlafräume haben einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. •In der Küche finden Sie eine hochwertige Einbauküche mit 4 Kochplatten, Backrohr, Geschirrspüler, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Mikrowelle (auf Wunsch), Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit bieten die Möglichkeit, beim Frühstück die Kühe zu beobachten. •Grundausstattung an Gewürzen steht bereit. •Neu sind die sanitären Einrichtungen: •Bad mit großzügiger Dusche, Waschtisch und WC. Schminktisch in Naturholz, zusätzliche Spiegel und Fön ergänzen die Ausstattung. •Ein zweites eigenständiges WC mit Waschbecken schafft Freiraum. •Die Betten sind bezogen.
