About this property

A charming, comfortable cottage with a view of the countryside and close to the outdoor pool

  • This modern and lovingly furnished holiday home is located on our property. It’s situated behind our house. It measures approximately 60 m², sleeps up to 4 people, and features a small entryway, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (140/160 x 200), a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy sitting area offering a direct view of the countryside and the forest, as well as a terrace. Here, you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet during the summer. Parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The location of our holiday home is ideal for hiking, motorbiking, and cycling enthusiasts. There are many biking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The winding roads in our region are popular with motorcyclists. In the summer, the heated outdoor pool in Unterwellenborn is just a 300-meter walk away and is perfect for swimming and splashing around. The sights in the neighbouring towns of Saalfeld and Rudolstadt, as well as the Hohenwarte Reservoir (Thuringian Sea), are always worth a visit.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr, sehr sauber und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit.

Das Cottage ist vollständig ausgestattet und liegt am Rand eines schönen Waldes, wo man reh finden kann. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist gut zum Radfahren geeignet, Saalfeld verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten und die Natur ist wunderschön. Kulturell gibt es auch viel zu entdecken.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Familie Tänzer sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr nett begrüßt mit einem kleinen Willkommensgruß. Alles sehr aufmerksam.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.Es fehlt dort nichts. Selbst Handtücher sind dort vorhanden und die Betten sogar bezogen. Also einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit der Wahl der Unterkunft. Angefangen vom Empfang durch die Vermieter, über die Beantwortung von Fragen währenddessen, der tollen Einrichtung, Sauberkeit bis hin zur Verabschiedung. Diese Ferienwohnung kann man ruhigen Gewissens buchen.

Die Gastgeber, Herr und Frau Tänzer, haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich und wir wurden durch alle Räume geführt.Eine liebevoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem, was benötigt wird.Eine informative Übersichtsmappe mit Ausflugtipps sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wurde von den Gastgebern in liebevoller Fleißarbeit zusammen getragen und uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Stellplatz für den PKW ist vorhanden.Wir bedanken uns bei Familie Tänzer.

Ein schöner Urlaub in Thüringen

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Zimmer sind gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder ! (dieses mal mit Ladegeräten :-). Super nette Vermieter.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus im Grünen

Das Ferienhaus ist super eingerichtet, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und in der Umgebung gibt es auch viel zu erkunden. Im Ferienhaus gibt es sowohl eine Mappe mit Tipps, sowie eine Kiste mit vielen Prospekten. Also rundum super. Wor kommen gerne wieder.😊
