Dårlig service fra receptionen.

Vi havde booket 4 overnatninger til 3 dages skiløb og jeg bestilte 2 x 3 dages liftkort via hotellet. På dag 2 opdagede jeg, at det var 4 dages liftkort, som jeg havde fået og gjorde receptionen opmærksom herpå og at jeg naturligvis ikke ville betale for 4 dage. Det var receptionen ikke tilfreds med og påstod, at det var mig, der havde bestilt 4 dages kort. Det bar lidt af en kamp at få hotellet til at acceptere og receptionisten var tydeligvis utilfreds. Ved ankomst sagde hotelejeren at han ville lade vores elbil op, mens den var parkeret i hotellets p-kælder. Jeg tænkte - sikke en god service. Men da jeg skulle betale for opholdet kostede de 56 kw, som jeg fik ladet op med 40 EUR - den uden sammenligning dyreste kw pris jeg har betalt for ladning og jeg havde jo ikke bedt om det.

Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist. Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf (Wasserhahn, Wasserabfluss, Fensterverschluss, Stiegengeländer). Ich hatte schon wesentlich bessere 3* Hotels in derselben Region als dieses 4* Hotel

Das Hotel liegt zentral, sodass am Abend Restaurants etc. gut zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Die Anlage ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen, sodass ich dem Haus maximal 3 Sterne geben würde. Erwähnenswert ist auch die stark überfüllte Tiefgarage (hier wird gegenüber der Parkplätze auf der Fahrstraße geparkt) und im Zuge dessen die Unfreundlichkeit des Hausmeisters, der einem bei der Parkplatzwahl "behilflich" ist. Wer blöd angeredet werden will, ist hier genau richtig.
