However, the highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff who upgraded our room, kindly prepared a to go breakfast since we had to check out early and even gave us a delicious welcome cake! Sometimes, there was a strong smell of sewerage on the upper floors but at other times it was ok. We couldn't work out if it was the drains or the air con. This was reported twice to reception and was acted upon both times but was never fully resolved."
